CV
Sarah ben Messaoud is a research assistant at the Chair of Internet and Telecommunications Business since April 2024. She holds a generalist Master of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Passau.
During her studies, she worked as an intern for EY, as a working student for a young startup (‘letsact’) where she supported the team in building an app for volunteer work, and as a research assistant for the DeepWrite project at the University of Passau, which aims to improve the learning success of students through the use of AI.
She also completed a stay abroad at the Católica Porto Business School (Portugal).

- Experimental Economics and Behavioral Economics
- Trust on digital platforms related to avatar representations
- Badges as quality and reputation signals on digital platforms
- Interactions between different market actors on digital platforms
- Effective collaboration and success factors on digital platforms
