Dr Chayanin Wipusanawan will be offering the Master's course "Governance of Platforms and Ecosystems" (39614) from the summer semester 2024. The course language is English.

The course focuses on the economic foundation that explains how the relationship between different products and firms are governed in the ICT sector. In particular, the module includes the following topics:
•    economics of information goods
•    compatibility and standardization
•    formal standardization process
•    bundling of information goods
•    competition policy and sectoral regulation in digital and network industries

The course can be chosen in the Master Wirtschaftsinformatik in the field of Wirtschaftsinformatik/Information Systems and in the Master Business Administration in the field of Vertiefung Wirtschaftsinformatik/Information Systems
